How to Order

Ordering at SCI is easy and we are here to help you at anytime in the process.

1) Order online by searching our database (or choose from one of our featured sections). At checkout just follow the directions and complete all information in the checkout process. Please provide us with a fax number in order to fax all acknowledgements and artwork for your review and approval. We will also email all artwork and informatiion instead of fax if you prefer.

2) E-mail with the item #(s) of the product(s) you want to order, the quantity, # of imprint colors (or blank if applicable) We will take all necessary information and call you with any question or additional information we need.

3) Call me personally at 888.279.3009 EXT 202- I can help personally - or genral customer service at extention 204. We will be more than happy to take you order and answer any question by telephone. Due to our high call volume please leave a message if there is no one currently available. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

You may submit artwork by emailing to art@scipromo.com at anytime. See art requirements here.

After ordering online or calling our customer service department, you will be emailed or faxed an acknowledgement form and artwork within 24 hours - unless a rush. When your order form is signed and faxed back we will check to make sure the product is available and meets your delivery date. Your order will then proceed to order entry. We acknowledge all orders by fax after the manufacturer has received the order.
Delays in faxing back the approval will effect the date of shipment.
Once your order has shipped you will be advised. A final invoice will be mailed.

* All orders are paid upfront in full. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Checks or Money Orders. If you are a large organization and require use of a PO please call us for approval - or submit your order with a request and we will contact you.
