How do I place my order?

Shopping Cart
For your convenience you may order through our shopping cart 24 hours a day. Please keep in mind that some additional charges such as Set-up, PMS color matches and freight charges may apply.
SCI Design and Communications guarantees a safe and secure shopping environment. We use state-of-the-art technology software to protect your data and secure your transactions.For credit card transactions we will fax to you a form showing all the information which can be faxed back to us after you filled in the account number , expiration date and signature. Our fax number is 201-447-8824. We also offer a toll free service if you prefer to call us at 1-(201) 746-6415 within U.S.- Canada and internatrional calls 1-201-447-2070.

Rush Orders
If you are working on a very tight deadline, we do offer RUSH service. For best results please call us for personal assistance.
We can often ship merchandise within THREE business days on many items ONE business day. This will depend upon the specific item.
Rush orders and doing the “impossible” on orders is our specialty and we certainly enjoy the challenge.
Note: Rush orders available for 1 color, 1 location imprint only.

Cancellation Policy
All order details must be received in writing before production can begin. Order cancellations may be subject to costs incurred at the time of cancellation.

Returns or Damages
All shipments should be thoroughly checked upon arrival. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without SCI Design and Communications authorization. Claims must be presented within ten days of shipment. In the case of damaged freight, please save all packaging materials and call us at once to arrange for Carrier inspection. All shipments leave the factory after being inspected by quality control. Claims for lost or damaged merchandise should be claimed from Carrier.

Sample Policy
SCI Design and Communications encourages your request a sample of the item prior to ordering. Sample requests totaling $3.00 or more will be invoiced at sample cost, plus freight charges. Samples cannot be returned for credit. If you would like to return a sample above $20.00, please call us for a Return Authorization number. Once you become a client, you can expect a higher sample limit at no charge.

We reserve the right to refuse to ship samples to any party at our discretion.

Less than Minimum Charges
Items ordered atr less than minimum quantities will incurr a Less Than Minimum Fee. This fee is typically $25.00 - $45.00 depending upon the item. Please contact us for information on less than minimum costs and fees.

Large Orders & Price Reductions
Price reductions for quantities greater than those shown on our site may be available. Please contact one of our experts in customer service for an exact quote.
We have discount programs for frequent customers.

Terms
Terms will be extended to those companies whose credit standing has been approved by SCI Design and Communication, Inc.. A line of credit cannot be established, nor can terms be extended without our credit application prior to shipment of your first order. Sales tax will be charged on all applicable orders.

Product Variations/Pricing
Due to measures beyond our control, slight color variations among products and between orders may exist. Prices in this catalog are in effect for the year 2003.

First Time Orders
First-time orders require prepayment in full. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express.

Repeat Orders
Reorders must specify previous SCI order number. Exact product color or imprint color as previous order cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the product and printing process. Orders more than 1 year old will require a new screen charge. Reorder Set-Up charges may apply.

Production Time
Production time does not include the day order is received; production time will begin after approval of credit, item and approval of the paper proof.

Overruns/Underruns
Allow a +/-10% variance either way.

ART REQUIREMENTS and FILE FORMATS
At SCI Design and Coimmunication our skilled graphic designers will help you with your artwork, if you do not have final artwork available for us just provide us with whatever information you do have and our experts will work it out. Please take note that this will cause some delay in shipping your order, since we will not start printing until we have final approval.

Imprint Colors
Due to the nature of printing on ad specialty items, exact color matches cannot always be guaranteed. All PMS color matches will incur an additional charge per item. Change of ink during production will incur additional charges. Light colored imprints on dark colored items may require a double imprint for proper coverage, and may incur additional charges.

Packaging
Items are shipped in bulk unless otherwise specified. Contact us for other packaging options.

FOB Point
All orders are shipped FOB (freight on board) from the factory. This means that the customer owns the merchandise from that point on. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or US Customs or by acts of God. We can advise tracking information upon request.

International Shipments
We work with customers all over the globe.

Co-op Programs
We are set up to manage CO-OP programs and we will stock custom products for immediate delivery as requested by customer. Please contact us for further information

Use of Logos
The purchaser must indemnify SCI Design and Communications of any liability arising out of or relating to any actual or alleged infringement of trademark, copyright, service mark, etc.
Prices: All prices subject to change.
Inventory: We reserve the right to limit quantity
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Master Card , Amex & Discovery.
Terms: Net 30 days upon approval of credit references.
